  • Developed full-stack solution: Next.js web app (deployed on Vercel) + Flutter Android app with shared Firebase backend (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Google Cloud Storage)
  • Integrated Razorpay Payment Gateway, Delhivery Shipping, GSAP scroll animations + shader effects, and custom dynamic deep linking for cross-platform sharing
  • Built and personally maintain a secure admin panel (accessible only to founder); handled end-to-end development, deployment, and real-time sync
